This Privacy Policy controls and governs your use and access to UnicaFin. Some terms, conditions, and rights may depend on your location and other legal factors. Please see below for further information.

Like most website operators, UnicaFin collects non-personally identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available. By visiting the Website, you agree UnicaFin may occasionally send you communications, whether by U.S. Mail and/or email, to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, provide you with valuable marketing information, or otherwise keep you informed about the Website and its services. We primarily use our blog to communicate this type of information, so we expect to keep this type of communication to a minimum. You have the right to opt out of receiving these types of communications and need only notify us of your request to no longer receive such communications. This can be done by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email or by emailing UnicaFin via the contact page, calling UnicaFin or sending a written request to UnicaFin. A cookie and similar technology such as a web-beacon (collectively, “cookies”) is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor’s computer, and that the visitor’s browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. The Website uses cookies to help UnicaFin identify and track visitors, their usage of the Website, and their website access preferences. UnicaFin Iand the Website also do not review, endorse or necessarily agree with the privacy policies and notices used by these Other Websites.   • To receive the same products and services at the same cost (if any), to the extent possible, regardless of whether you exercise your rights.
  • To know when automated decisions are made about you and to opt out of automated decision making. Currently, the Website does not perform automated decision making about individuals using personal information.

We will retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the products and services you have requested. We will retain and use your personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal rights and obligations. This retention period may extend past the point at which you close your account where UnicaFin has legitimate basis or legal obligation to do so. Additionally, you may request that UnicaFin delete your personal information as described above.

GDPR requires parental consent for the processing of children’s personal information under the age of 16 (Important Note: age of consent may be lowered to 13 by EU member states). The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) provides similar protections to residents and citizens of the United States. Neither UnicaFin nor the Website market to or intend to obtain or receive personal information for individuals under the age of 13. You should advise UnicaFin in the event you are under the age of 13, so that the appropriate parental consent may be obtained.

UnicaFin may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, in its sole discretion and without advanced notice. UnicaFin encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to its Privacy Policy. You will be able to determine if there has been a change because the date at the above will specify the date the Privacy Policy became effective. Your continued use of the Website after any change in this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such change, except and to the extent where applicable law requires affirmative acceptance of the Privacy Policy.
